Brian M. Marriott, Esquire is Of Counsel with the Law Offices of Williams & Scheetz. Brian focuses his practice on business disputes, real estate litigation, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, and personal injury litigation.
Brian has also represented numerous automobile dealerships and their insurers, in matters involving a wide variety of issues in the automobile dealership industry, including: unfair business practices, “lemon law”, consumer protection, Magnuson-Moss, and contracts.
Brian earned a B.A., with General University Honors, from La Salle University in 1995. He earned his juris doctorate degree in 1998 from Temple University Law School.
He is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association.
Brian is an officer of the David and Charlotte Steinbach Memorial Fund. He is also the mock trial coach to Villa Joseph Marie High School, soccer commissioner for St. Bede’s CYO, member of the Archbishop Wood baseball parents’ association, Vice President of Holland Little League, and a Big Brother in the Centennial School District.
