Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)
As counsel for P.G.R.A. & A.T. our firm extensive experience in matters relating to underground storage tanks (“USTs”). An underground storage tank system is a tank and any underground piping connected to the tank that has at least 10 percent of its combined volume underground. Unfortunately, underground storage tanks sometimes leak and under many state and federal laws, there is a requirement that the leak be reported to the government.
