Anne Scheetz Damon, Esquire

Anne Scheetz Damon, Esquire, is a partner at the Law Office of Williams & Scheetz. Anne is currently engaged in all aspects of general litigation, both civil and criminal. She has successfully tried many cases before Judges and Juries. Anne’s areas of concentration include personal injury, family law, estate planning and wills, probate and estate administration, criminal law, business formation and counseling, real estate and contract law. Anne is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Anne has been a resident of Bucks County for over 35 years. She is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association where she serves in the Civil Litigation, Family Law, and the Estate and Orphan’s Court sections. Anne is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and the Northampton Business and Professional Association.

Anne graduated from Widener University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College where she was the Porter Award receipient. At Lafayette College, Anne was a two-sport varsity athlete and was awarded the distinguished honor of being named an Academic All-American.

Prior to her career at the Law Office of Williams & Scheetz, Anne served our community as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County. While in the DA’s Office Anne served as an Assistant District Attorney gaining valuable litigation experience in a variety of criminal offenses ranging from DUI, domestic violence, rape and vehicular homicide cases. Anne has successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to jury and bench trial verdicts. She has prosecuted over a 1000 DUI cases, and has successfully appealed cases to Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
